Warranty conditions:
- This warranty is valid for ONE year from the date of purchase and carry-in maintenance service provided in Hong Kong SAR and China
(Will not accepted by mail to collect maintenance machine)
- The warranty will be treated as void or charges will be made if:
- The Purchase invoice or the maintenance card are lost.(The copy will not be accepted)
- The product is physically damaged. The plastic tray inside the hardware is included.
- The product serial number or protect label has been altered, defaced or removed.
- The product is damaged by input of improper voltage, misuse and incorrect installation.
- If the driver firmware version of the product has been altered, upgraded or downgraded.
- Any defective part which has replaced, our company has the right to charges the maintenance cost.
- Maintenance time limit regards progress of factory as the standard, the customer, can't have any objection.
- Maintenance of only the host, not including the mirror, housing, headset, USB cable remote control, charger, etc
- This warranty is valid only for product repair. Replacement or upgrade product is not applicable.

In case of DOA within 7 days from the purchase date, you can request a SWAP of your device.

Notice to customers:
- Maintenance documents must be properly stored, whichever machine Please bring warranty card, purchase receipt; shall be arbitrarily modify the contents of this document if lost or photocopies will not be able to take machine.
- Maintenance period to the original schedule as the standard, the customer shall not have any objection.
