Microsoft Authorized Store now offers self-pickup service. Before you submit your order, please choose your self-pickup address and confirm that you can pick up your goods at the chosen SF Express store before the deadline. You can click here for the address for all SF Express Service Centres.
1.Choose the SF store address and pay the order.
2. Receive the SMS confirmation once the shipment is delivered to the selected store.
3. Please print the order, carry your ID card and show your SMS to accomplish the identification within3 days .
4. Sign and pick up the shipment (s)after the identification.
When your order is delivered, please verify that the original packaging is intact, the exclusive Online Store box sealed, product quantity and specifications, packaging list, invoice, etc are correct before signing on the delivery slip. If you found that the packaging has been damaged, products are wrong, or the order has some other errors, please inform the delivery person on the spot and reject the whole package, and inform our Microsoft Authorized Store customer support promptly. We will strive to help you resolve the matter. Please do not open or damage the product and its original packaging.
1. If consignee chooses to pick up the shipment(s) at the designated authorized service point, he/she would receive SMS notification from S.F. Express once the shipment is delivered to the selected store.
2. The consignee MUST present ID, order information and the SMS confirmation to the authorized service point representative for shipment pickup.
3. If the consignee does not pick up the shipment(s) within 7 days after receiving the SMS confirmation, the shipment(s) will be returned to S.F. Express. The consignee has to call our Customer Service Hotline to reschedule a pickup.
