Microsoft Authorized Store Education Deals Special Terms and Conditions

In addition to complying with our Terms of Use and Sale, specialised terms and conditions, as set out in the education plan (the "Plan") also apply when you purchase products or services from our Education Deals. By placing an order for products and/or services from our Education Deals, you acknowledge and confirm that you fully understand the specialised terms and conditions and the Terms of Use and Sale (together referred to as the "Terms"), and that you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms.

Eligibility

In order to enjoy the offers under the Plan, customers must currently reside in Hong Kong and must be students or faculty members of Universities or Tertiary Institutions (who hold and are able to provide a .edu.hk email address);

"University" and "Tertiary Institutions" refers to the twenty degree-awarding higher education institutions in Hong Kong (including the eight institutions supported by the University Grants Committee, the eleven financially independent institutions and the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts).

"Faculty Members" refers to teaching staff and employees of the University and Tertiary Institutions in Hong Kong.

Placing the Order

Each Eligible Customer will be permitted to purchase a maximum of one product for each product category and one type of its accessories (if applicable) per order.

For identification purposes, Eligible Customers must provide the following information when placing the order:

For current students and Faculty Members at University or Tertiary Institutions in Hong Kong

• Name of the University or Tertiary Institution at which you study or teach
• Email address at the University or Tertiary Institution at which you study or teach (email format xxx@xxx.edu.hk (mailto:xxx@xxx.edu.hk))

In addition, Eligible Customers must also agree to confirm/accept the below statement: • I am a student / Faculty Member at a University or Tertiary Institution and I am eligible to enjoy the education pricing offer under this Plan.

*If the customer is unable to provide a valid University or Tertiary Institution email, but holds a valid proof of student or staff of University or Tertiary Institution, please send the relevant identification documents to cs@microsoftestore.com.hk. The verification time is expected to be 2 working days. Please contact our customer service representative for assistance if any inquiry. Thank you.

• Baozun Hong Kong Limited ("Baozun") reserves the right to require customers to provide further information or require the relevant University or Tertiary Institutions to confirm the identity of customers. Please note that Baozun will adhere to its privacy policy when managing customers' personal information.

If the Eligible Customer fails to provide the above information within the specified time, the Eligible Customer's product order will be deemed to be cancelled, and Baozun will not be obliged to hold or reserve the ordered product(s).

If Baozun has reasonable grounds to believe the customer does not meet the eligibility requirements to enjoy the offer under the Plan or has breached any of the Terms, Baozun reserves the right to cancel the customer's order without compensation, except that the purchase price if paid shall be refunded to the credit card account used for the customer's purchase order.

Payment

Eligible Customers purchasing under this Plan can only pay the purchase price by credit card.

Shipping & Delivery

Eligible Customers enjoy free delivery service to designated addresses in Hong Kong.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

The student discount offers at the Education Deals cannot be used for prior orders or purchases, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or discount coupons. The student discount offers may not be used in conjunction with other discount/promotional offers.

Baozun reserves the sole right and discretion to change the prices for products and/or services displayed at its Education Deals at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur, provided such changes shall not affect product orders already placed and accepted.

Baozun reserves the sole right and discretion to accept or refuse an order for any reason and at any time after the order has been placed. If Baozun cancels an order after payment, Baozun shall refund the purchase price to the Eligible Customer.

Not Resale and End-user Consumers Only

Baozun sells and supplies its products and services to end-user customers only under the Plan. Eligible Customers may not purchase products and services from Baozun for resale purposes. Baozun reserves the right to refuse and/ or cancel the Eligible Customer's order if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the product or service is not being purchased for personal use by the Eligible Customer.

Audit Rights

Baozun may routinely audit orders and purchases made by Eligible Customers at the Education Deals to ensure that they comply with the Terms. If Baozun discovers that the Eligible Customer has provided false information in order to meet the eligibility requirements or that the Eligible Customer does not comply with the Terms, Eligible Customers agree and authorise Baozun to charge their credit card for the price difference between the amount paid for the delivered products or service and the retail price that Baozun charges the public for the same products or service based on the date of the product order by the Eligible Customer.

Other Terms

The offers under this Plan may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offers. This Plan is a short-term promotional activity; the discount period starts from today and ends upon further notice. Baozun has the right to change the offers under this Plan or details of this Plan at any time, or to terminate the Plan early, or to amend the Terms without prior notice.

The Terms of Use and Sale located at http://www.microsoftestore.com.hk/faq/termsofuse and Microsoft Privacy Rights Statement located at http://www.microsoftestore.com.hk/faq/privacy also apply to transactions and orders made under this Plan.

The terms relating to the purchase of products and services under the Plan are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("SAR"), and the Hong Kong SAR courts has exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes relating to them.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
